Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the zk555 website at zk555.bio or any associated mobile application (collectively, "the Platform"), by registering an account, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the zk555 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are published by zk555 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), an online gaming platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory framework. The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the zk555 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly and specifically prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of zk555 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had a zk555 account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting in good faith and are not attempting to defraud the Platform or any other player.

zk555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a user's registration or account lifecycle. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other recognised form of photographic identification. The Company may suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory proof of age or identity is not provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Company.

In the event that it is discovered that a user is below the age of 21, the Company shall immediately close the account, void all bets and games played by that user, and retain or refund balances in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance. The Company takes under-age gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to such matters.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the zk555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual — whether through different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zk555 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the zk555 support team immediately via live chat.

The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is at the sole discretion of zk555.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on the zk555 platform are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via supported payment methods — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT — will be credited to your account in PKR. No hidden conversion fees are applied by zk555 on PKR-denominated deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of zk555, and the Company accepts no responsibility for any such third-party charges.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. zk555 strictly prohibits the withdrawal of funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed in order of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but zk555 targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including where a withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold set by the Company's compliance procedures. Failure to satisfy such verification requirements may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal until the required documentation is provided.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and are subject to change with notice;
• Deposits made but not wagered are subject to a standard anti-money-laundering review before withdrawal;
• The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals;
• Any deposits made by a payment method that does not belong to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

zk555 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All transactions must be conducted through the supported electronic payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the zk555 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rules shall take precedence.

All casino games available on the zk555 platform — including slots, live casino tables, instant games, and Andar Bahar titles — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant licensed game studio. zk555 does not modify the underlying game mathematics or RNG outputs of any certified title. Return-to-player (RTP) figures and game rules are accessible within each game interface.

Once a sports bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the Company will investigate and determine the outcome based on system logs. zk555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed:

• As a result of a manifest pricing error by the Company or its data providers;
• On an event that was suspended at the time the bet was accepted due to a system error;
• In breach of any applicable betting rule, game rule, or these Terms;
• By an account that is suspected of or confirmed to be engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or arbitrage betting activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, zk555 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements, loyalty rewards, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible account holders. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform at the time the Bonus is offered.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses offered by zk555:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the terms applicable to that specific Bonus;
• Wagering requirements (if applicable) must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• zk555 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to an account;
• Any attempt to abuse a Bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of automated betting systems — will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

The Company's determination as to whether a Bonus has been used in compliance with applicable terms is final. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk555 platform. Any user found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below may have their account suspended or permanently terminated without notice, may forfeit their entire account balance, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing betting limits, claiming multiple Bonuses, or any other purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of a sporting event on which bets are placed through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose;
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or payment information;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zk555 support staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or to the Platform's backend systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zk555 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials ("Content") — is the proprietary property of zk555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Content without the Company's prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage or disparage the zk555 brand;
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform within another website or application without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk555 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any technical failure, server downtime, or network connectivity issue affecting access to the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zk555 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

zk555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users;
• The account holder is, or has become, ineligible to hold an account under these Terms.

You may close your zk555 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigation will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Following termination of an account — whether initiated by the user or by the Company — you remain bound by all provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

Responsible Gaming
